Fabric Sourcing & GSM Calibration
We source premium combed cotton yarn and knit fabrics to your exact specs (180, 240, or 350 GSM). All fabrics undergo **Azo-free reactive dyeing** for skin safety.
Pattern Making & Grading
Our masters create 2D blueprints using modern software, ensuring perfect fits across all sizes (XS to 5XL). Special focus on modern **Drop-Shoulder** patterns.
Precision Cutting
Fabric is laid and cut with industrial precision to minimize wastage and ensure symmetry in every garment piece.
Branding & Decoration
The cut panels are sent to our printing/embroidery lab. Whether it’s a subtle logo or a massive back-print, we ensure pixel-perfect execution.
Industrial Assembly
Skilled tailors assemble the pieces using **5-thread overlock** and flat-lock machines for maximum seam strength and retail durability.
Bio-Wash & Finishing
Garments are bio-enzymed to remove pilling and silicon-softened for a premium hand-feel. Industrial steam-ironing follows for a crisp finish.
Dispatch & Logistics
After a final 5-point QC check, your bulk order is packed and dispatched via our PAN India logistics partners (Express Air or Surface).
