1. Fabric GSM & Composition
Higher GSM (240+ for Oversized) uses more cotton yarn, affecting the base price. 100% Combed Cotton vs. PC Blends also varies in cost.
2. Printing & Branding Method
Screen printing is cost-effective for large batches. DTF or Puff printing is premium. The number of print locations also adds to the unit cost.
3. Total Order Volume
This is the most critical factor. As the volume increases, our factory overheads are distributed, allowing us to offer massive discounts on orders of 500+ pieces.
