The 8-Stage Production Workflow
01. Fabric Sourcing & GSM Calibration
Everything starts with the yarn. We source **100% Super-Combed Cotton** and PC Blends from Tirupur’s top spinning mills. Whether you need a lightweight 160 GSM for summer promos or a heavy-duty 280 GSM for streetwear, we calibrate the knitting tension to ensure the perfect hand-feel and durability.

02. Pattern Making & Size Grading
Our “Masters” use advanced pattern-making software to create digital blueprints. We don’t use generic fits; we offer **Custom Grading** for Oversized, Slim-fit, and Standard Asian/European sizing. This ensures your brand has a unique, consistent silhouette across all sizes.
03. Precision Industrial Cutting
Fabric is laid in massive layers and cut using industrial vertical cutters. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for alignment errors, ensuring that every sleeve and torso piece is perfectly symmetrical before reaching the stitching floor.
04. Branding: Printing & Embroidery
This is where your brand comes to life. Depending on your design, we apply decoration using:
05. Export-Grade Assembly (Stitching)
Our stitching unit uses high-speed industrial machines. We utilize **5-thread overlock** and **flat-lock** stitching for high-stress areas (shoulders and neck), ensuring the garment never loses its shape even after 100+ washes.
06. Bio-Enzyme & Silicon Finishing
The “Banian City Feel” comes from our finishing process. Garments undergo a bio-enzyme wash to remove surface fuzz (anti-pilling) and a silicon softener treatment for that signature “buttery” luxury feel.
07. 5-Point Quality Inspection (AQL)
Our QC team inspects every single piece. We check for:
- Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage)
- Color Fastness & Bleeding
- Stitching Density & Thread Trimming
08. Branded Packing & Global Dispatch
Finally, garments are industrial-steam ironed and packed in branded poly-bags. We provide door-to-door tracking for dispatches across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, and International destinations.
